The counselor is a young adult, directly responsible for a group of children or adolescents, who positively fosters the relationships established between them, supervises daily activities, encourages, applies and supports all aspects related to the program of a Green Class, Recreational Camp, Interdisciplinary Day Trip and International Trip. He helps create highly formative, safe and fun environments for all participants. He is respectful, reliable, empathetic, accessible and cheerful.

The Counselor is highly responsible, organized and interdisciplinary. He is passionate and loves working with children and teenagers, and he enjoys working outdoors. Skills in recreation, animation, sports and art are essential. He is always improving his professionalism.

• Man or woman
• From 20 to 27 years of age
• Degree in Scouts, Physical Education, YMCA or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience is preferred.
• Work experience with children and adolescents
• Good physical condition
• Available to travel
• Good presentation
